Yukari Yuzuki is a Vocaloid of the third generation, as well as the first released as a Voiceroid, which basically gives her more emotion when singing. She is known for singing well with ballads and jazz music genres.
Her voice bank is also the most extensive of all Vocaloids that have been released thus far, and the most complicated to operate properly.
Yukari is based of the moon and connections, hence her name. Bunnies are also involved in the design. Yes, bunnies.
